A light and effective shooting log from L.R.D

We are about to send a final print order of our shooting log to the ”Write in the Rain” company over in the USA. We have chosen WITR because it’s superb paper quality and proven durability in the field. We have also chosen to print it in a ”Hip pocket notebook” size that measure 4″ * 6″, in metric 10cm*15cm. That will make the notebook fit in a pocket or in a smaller cover as shown in the picture above.

Our goal is to create a shooting log that the shooter always want to bring with him out in the field, a log that makes logging easier and at the same time makes sure that the shooter doesn’t miss any crucial data in the field. We have also added the estimation possibilities to make the shooter practice his skills to estimate crucial inputs when shooting long-range in the field.

Our key word is – Light, Easy, Fast and Effective

Paper and pattern

We vill print the logbook on tan paper as you can see a example of in the picture to the left. We will print the log page on every second paper as shown. That  gives the shooter opportunity to log on on two side if he choose to. The example picture to the left shows two kinds of colors, in the final log every thing will be in one color.

There will be 50 printed pages in the log and 50 paper with the ”1/4″ rules with faint 1/4″ grid” patterns. That makes it easier for the shooter to draw straight lines without a ruler.There is also going to be a ruler on one of the cover pages to use when measure in the field.

We hope to send the print order within this month so the log should be available for shipping in a couple of weeks from date of order. We will print this book with a limited supply the first time around so for you shooters in Sweden there is a possibility to pre-order the shooting log if you already know that you want one or more of theses.
